PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy relates to BestRoute and BestRoute Agent.
Summary
Our apps do not store any uniquely identifiable information about you.
None of your information is transmitted or stored on our servers or to third parties other than as described below.
Advertising
We use the Google AdMob service to provide advertising to users who choose not to take out a subscription.AdMob uses a unique advertising id to serve personalized ads based on the your interests (which includes collecting and analyzing user data, including current location). Information about how to control the advertising that is shown to you can be found here.
We do not capture or record any information sent to AdMob, including your current location.
Contact Information
The app requests access to the contact permission on your phone so that you can select the postal addresses of your contacts when building routes.
When you add a contact location to the app the name of the contact and street address are stored in your route for easy reference but no other information (e.g. phone number or email address) is transferred to the app.
There is a setting option that allow you to control access to contact information.
GDRP (EU users)
EU users in the GDRP region can access their data privacy options by going to the settings page.
Other
The app uses Google services to monitor crashes and user interaction. We also capture some usage information to detect fraudulent activity.None of this information is personally identifiable. Usage information is deleted on a regular basis.
